FAQs

A: No. The 150 QV can be accumulated across multiple orders—as long as the total of 150 QV is placed within each commission month, it will count toward the qualification requirement.

A: Yes. New enrollees can still qualify. They are only required to meet the 150 QV minimum for each commission month they are active during the qualification period. They are not required to meet the requirement for any months prior to enrolling.

A: No.

A: Personally enrolled members who convert to Associate on or after January 1, 2026, and reach Consultant for the first time during the promotion period qualify. You’ll also earn points if they achieve Manager, Director, or Executive for the first time during the promotion period, if they converted to Associate on or after January 1, 2026.

A: No, but you must enroll at least 10 new Customers with 100 QV on Subscription Rewards throughout the promotional period.

A: No.

A: Yes, although the referral enrollments don’t count for enrollment points, the referrals can help people advance in rank.

A: No, a participant may not use their credit card or payment method on any Qualifying Enrollment or Rank Advancement. Any enrollment or Rank Advancement found in violation will not qualify toward the promotion. Normal credit card and manipulation policies apply.

A: Yes, 5 points are given for the rank advancement to Consultant, 10 for Manager, 15 for Director, and 20 for Executive.

A: Yes, both Brand Partner and Brand Partner Customer enrollments count—provided they enroll with Subscription Rewards and have qualifying orders. 

A: Yes, but the Brand Partner must generate US$500/CA$700 or more in Customer sales in a Commission Month for their first time during the Promotion Period in order to qualify as a Consultant rank advancement. Each Brand Partner may only qualify as a Consultant rank advancement once during the qualification period.

A: Yes, however the points cannot be split between accounts. Points must be earned separately for each of the Member’s accounts.

A: There will be a scoreboard posted on this page along with a personal tracking scoreboard. Both will be updated periodically so Associates can track their progress.

A: A new Consultant counts toward this promotion as long as they converted to Associate on or after January 1, 2026, and have never reached the rank of Consultant before.

A Brand Partner counts towards this promotion as a Consultant rank advancement as long as they joined as a Brand Partner on or after January 1, 2026, and generated US$500/CA$700 or more in Customer sales for their first time in a Commission Month during the Promotion Period. Each Brand Partner may only qualify as a Consultant rank advancement once during the qualification period.

A: Possibly, product returns that result in an initial order dropping below 100 QV will result in a loss of enrollment points.

A: No, the promotion is not offered to markets outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

A: US, PR, and CA markets.

A: Yes, for your enrollment to contribute to the contest, the new Member must join with Subscription Rewards and fulfill the initial order of 100 QV.

A: No.

A: Official qualifiers will be announced in August, specific date to be announced.

A: In the event of a tie, the tie breaker is number of personally enrolled rank advancements (PERA) – in order of Executive, Director, Manager, then Consultant.

A: Yes! You and one guest (two people per qualifying business center) will be eligible for any incentives earned if you qualify. Any additional unqualified guests attending the event will not be eligible for any earned incentives or be able to attend any of the event functions.

You must RSVP to attend the trip to receive the prizes listed above.

A: The tickets include two days of park access—one day at Universal Epic Universe, and a second day with park hopper access to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

A: No, as long as they are qualifying enrollments they will count.

A: No, bonus points reset every commission month. The most points you can earn in one month is 20 regardless of how many enrollments you have.

*Epic Adventure Escape (the "Promotion") is open to Isagenix Associates, 18 years or older, in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada only. Offer valid April 27, 2026, at 12 a.m. ET to July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). To qualify to participate in the promotion, members must, during the Promotion Period: (1) maintain Paid-as-Consultant status during the entire Promotion Period; (2) maintain a  personal monthly minimum of 150QV; (3) achieve ten (10) new personal enrollments on Subscription Rewards; and (4) develop three (3) new Consultants in their downline , . Eligible participants can earn Promotion points by completing new member enrollments, rank advancements, and other specified actions. Point values may vary based on criteria specified by Isagenix and are subject to change. An enrollment must have a minimum of 100 QV on the initial order and enroll on Subscription Rewards  during the Promotion Period ("Qualifying Enrollment") to be eligible. Enrollments must be unique and valid, and Isagenix reserves the right to deem any enrollment void in the event Isagenix, in its sole discretion, determines that an enrollment or rank advancement is the product of fraud, manipulation, or deceit. A Participant may not use his/her personal credit card or payment method on any Qualifying Enrollment or rank advancement. Any enrollment or rank advancement found in violation shall not qualify towards the Promotion. Normal credit card and manipulation policies apply. Void where prohibited. 

The value of non-monetary prizes or awards such as accommodations and tickets may be reported as taxable income to the extent required by applicable law. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. Consult with your tax professional to ensure income is properly awarded. Unless otherwise stated, prizes or awards are nontransferable and will not have a cash equivalent. Participant understands and agrees that Isagenix is not liable in any way due to Participant's failure to comply with any and all government, venue, or travel restrictions. In the event that Participant is not compliant, or is incapable or fails to attend the Promotion trip for any reason, Participant agrees to the forfeiture of any and all prize(s) related to this Promotion at Participant's sole expense. 

To participate, your Isagenix account must be in good standing and be operated only by you to the exclusion of all other individuals. Participants who are not in good standing forfeit and waive all rights, incentives, and prizes under this Promotion. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any Promotion rules, FAQs, or guidelines, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Promotion rules and qualifications are subject to change without prior notice, and Isagenix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason or no reason. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this Promotion to ensure the spirit of the Promotion is achieved. All Participants are subject to standard compliance reviews both during and after the close of the Promotion, and prizes may be withdrawn by Isagenix at any time. Any person who attempts to manipulate the Compensation Plan, the Promotion, or who otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, forfeits any and all rights to receive any prize/award and will be disqualified from the Promotion. The ability to earn income under the Isagenix Compensation Plan and this Promotion depends on many factors including an individual Associate's business, social, and sales skills; personal ambition and activity; availability of time and financial resources; and access to a large network of family, friends, and business contacts.
