Q: How do I RSVP to attend the Elite Business Leaders trip I qualified for?
A: You will receive an email with a link to complete your RSVP on December 6, 2024. Please reach out to incentivetrips@isagenixcorp.com if you do not receive your RSVP email. RSVPs must be completed by December 10, 2024. If you do not complete your RSVP by the deadline, you will automatically be considered ‘not attending’ and opting out of any trip benefits/perks (trip, travel cash, swag, product voucher, etc.).  

Q: Can I bring a guest on the trip?
A: Yes! You and one guest (two people per qualifying business center) will be eligible for any incentives earned if you qualify. Any additional unqualified guests attending the event will not be eligible for any earned incentives or be able to attend any of the event functions. Please note, qualifiers and guests MUST be 18 years of age to attend the Tier 2 trip to Riviera Maya, MX (adults only resort). You are permitted to bring a guest who qualified for the other trip/tier in this promotion. 

Q: What happens if I’m unable to attend the trip I’ve qualified for?
A: Incentive trips and the related prizes, travel cash, etc. are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash value. 

Q: If I RSVP and choose NOT to attend the trip I’ve qualified for, am I able to change my mind after the December 10 RSVP deadline?
A: No, all RSVP responses and decisions to attend or not attend the trip are final after December 10, 2024.

Q: When and how will I receive my hotel confirmation?  
A: You will receive your hotel confirmation from Isagenix via email from incentivetrips@isagenixcorp.com by December 20, 2024. Keep an eye out in the private Facebook group for when they have been sent.

• You are more than welcome to extend your stay in Italy; however, please note that you will be responsible for any additional nights. To extend your stay at the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel, you will need to email the hotel directly at rsv.conventodiamalfi@anantara-hotels.com and provide your confirmation number. You must have your hotel confirmation before you can request any upgrades or extended stays with the hotel.

Q: Is the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel all-inclusive?
A: No, the hotel is not all-inclusive. Isagenix is covering room, tax, and resort fee for the dates of the event only with check in on April 6, 2025, and check out on April 10, 2025, (4 nights) for up to double occupancy. As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility.

Q: How do I arrange my flights and ground transportation?
A: Each business center will have the option to have Isagenix book flights on their behalf and receive reimbursement, or book their own. Flights must be booked by 5:00 PM EST January 31, 2025. Additional information and instructions on flights and ground transportation will be provided to qualifiers directly via email. 

Q: What travel documents do I need?
A: All U.S. citizens travelling by air are required to present a passport valid for at least three months beyond the length of their stay in Italy, but no separate visa is required. You may also be asked to show proof of a return air ticket. For all other countries, please refer to your government’s travel policies. Immigration and Customs Declaration forms may also be required to be completed in-flight prior to arrival and presented during immigration.

A: Yes, the hotel is all-inclusive. As is standard, the hotel requires a credit card on file to cover any additional nights, upgrades, or incidentals during your stay, which will be your responsibility.   

 Q: How can I request early check-in, late check-out, a roll-away bed, or other special hotel accomodations?
A: For any special requests, please contact the hotel directly at paquino@unicohotelrm.com. Additional fees may be incurred for any special accommodation(s) or request(s), and this will be your responsibility.

Q: What are the hotel’s incidentals hold, deposit, and cancellation policies?
A: Incidentals: The hotel charges US$100 plus taxes per person per night incidentals fee at check-in. The funds will be held during your stay and refunded upon check-out if unused. When checking into the hotel, we recommend a credit card is used for the per night incidentals hold. It is recommended you do not use a debit card. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of additional nights or upgrades reserved by you directly with the hotel (whether for one or some of the nights of your stay, or your full stay) must be made directly with the hotel. All cancellations must be made with the hotel directly, by emailing the hotel directly at paquino@unicohotelrm.com. Cancellation fees may apply, per hotel policy. 

Q: How do I arrange my flights and ground transportation?

Q: When will I receive the US $1,200 travel cash?

Q: Is there anything else I should know or do?
A: Because you will be traveling internationally, we recommend that you contact your cell phone carrier and bank prior to arriving at your destination. This will help prevent challenges with services after your arrival. 

Q: What can I do to ensure my safety while traveling and attending an Isagenix event? 
A: In general, you should always be aware of your surroundings when traveling abroad as you are ultimately responsible for your personal safety. When you are in a place you’ve never visited before it’s important to use precautions while on outings and exploring, especially while on your own, and always travel with a companion.
