FAQ’s

A: No, it is simply being renamed to “Guest Pricing.” Associates will still earn the difference between the two amounts if the customer chooses to do a guest checkout and not create an account.

A: Only subscription orders receive the flat $9.95 shipping, so any additional orders would be charged the normal shipping rates.

A: When someone chooses to do a Guest Purchase they will be prompted to “Create an Account” or complete a “Guest Checkout”. If the customer creates an account they will be placed in your organization. If the customer completes a guest checkout they will not be placed in your organization. In this last scenario, you would receive profits from Guest purchases.

A: Yes. When new members create an account, PIBs will be the same for Subscription Rewards and Customer purchases. For Guest purchases (no account created), there will be no PIBs awarded – but Guest purchase profits will be paid.

A: With Subscription Rewards you receive the following benefits:

  • Receive $9.95 flat rate shipping on all shipped subscriptions— an average savings of 30%. No minimum purchase required.
  • Cooler program fees are covered during summer months.
  • Receive early access to new and limited-edition products
  • Easily manage your Subscriptions in your account, you can extend your shipment out to 90 days if needed. Also, you can easily cancel your Subscription yourself online at any time.
