Offer valid December 9, 2024, at 12 a.m. ET to December 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). To qualify for the designated minimum enrollment prize tiers, new enrollments must have a minimum of 100 QV on their initial order and enroll on Subscription Rewards during the Promotion Period. Enrollments must be unique and valid, and Isagenix reserves the right to deem any enrollment void in the event Isagenix, in its sole discretion, determines that an enrollment is the product of fraud, manipulation, or deceit. Credit cards for orders in connection with enrollments may only be used on a maximum of one (1) account. Additional enrollments using the same payment method will not qualify for the Promotion. Prizes are not transferrable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash value, and while supplies last. Isagenix reserves the right to substitute the listed prizes for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The value of non-monetary prizes may be reported as taxable income to the extent required by applicable law. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. Limit one prize per Participant to be determined upon conclusion of the Promotion Period. Void where prohibited. 

To participate, your Isagenix position must be in good standing and be operated only by you to the exclusion of all other individuals. Recipients who are not in good standing forfeit and waive all rights, incentives, and prizes under this Promotion. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any Promotion rules, FAQs, or guidelines, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Promotion rules are subject to change, and Isagenix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason or no reason. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this Promotion to ensure the spirit of the Promotion is achieved. All Participants are subject to standard compliance reviews both during and after the close of the Promotion, and prizes may be withdrawn by Isagenix at any time. Any person who attempts to manipulate the Compensation Plan, the Promotion, or who otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules, forfeits any and all rights to receive any prize and will be disqualified from the Promotion.
