HOW IT WORKS

When you work hard to grow your business, you can earn Leader in Action points for four key business-building activities: 1PET enrollments, 2PET enrollments, Personally Enrolled Rank Advancement Points, and maintaining your active rank.*

With this bonus, when you push a little harder to earn even more points, you can qualify to get rewarded with extra cash — what a great way to make the holidays extra special.

A: No, your eligibility for this promotion is based on your rank at the beginning of the month. However, you can still earn shares in the Manager Leadership Pool that same month.

A: You can only earn the bonus amount that aligns with your recognition rank at the start of the commission month. Provided the promotion is still ongoing, you will be eligible to earn the higher bonus amount when the next commission month starts.

A: The United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

A: In the Back Office, go to Reports, then Recognition, and select the Leader in Action — 16PET report.

A:

  • September bonus: Oct. 12.
  • October bonus: Nov. 14.
  • November bonus: Dec. 16.

A: The report is updated one week in arrears.

A: Because we combine multiple centers for Leader in Action, you cannot earn multiple bonuses for this promotion.

A: Yes. We only use your recognition rank at the start of each of the three commission months to determine which bonus you are eligible for. You earn weekly active rank points for having an active rank of Manager or above, regardless of your recognition rank.

*You must earn at least one point in all four categories to earn points with the Leader in Action formula. Points earned for 1PET and 2PET enrollments require a new Customer to enroll with an initial order of 100 BV or more.
