FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: All Associates in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada can participate in the Team Builder Club.

A: 

  • Log in to your Back Office.
  • Click on the Orders tab, then Place Order.
  • Select a country, and click Next.
  • Select your items, and place them in your cart.
  • Apply any coupon(s) found in the My Coupon section.*

A: No, you can receive a maximum of two coupons (one Sharer x2 and one Sharer x5) in one commission month.

A:These coupons expire 90 days after their issue date.

A: Yes, a shipping charge may be incurred unless you have IsaDelivery.

A: Yes, Members from Puerto Rico can participate in the Team Builder Club.

A: No, enrollments resulting from the Customer Referral Program do not count towards the qualifications for the Team Builders Club.

*Only your Personally Enrolled new Customers count toward this promotion. Both you and your new Customer must be active at the end of the commission month to qualify. Participating Members may earn up to one Sharer x2 and one Sharer x5 coupon each month. This promotion is based off a standard commission month. Any cash received through the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan and promotions and the value of nonmonetary prizes such as trips and gifts may be reported as taxable income. Please consult with your tax professional to ensure that income is properly reported.
