Reminder: Your New Recommended Carts
Effective July 24
Smoother checkout, enrollment, and recommended cart flows have launched – all based on your suggestions!
Here’s what you need to know:
- The new experience went live on June 26, 2024, users should create carts in the new experience moving forward.
- Recreate the recommended carts you want to keep using the new experience.
- Update any shared links on other platforms (i.e., Linktree, QR codes, etc.)
- Old recommended cart links will redirect Customers to the Member’s replicate site.
- Old recommended carts move to a ‘view only’ state and will no longer be shareable or usable for enrollment.
- New recommended cart features like ‘duplicate’ and ‘bulk delete’ go live.

Upcoming – Effective October 16, 2024
- The old recommended cart experience will be completely retired and removed from the back office.
- Reminder communications will be sent out before this date.

- Free Shipping Messaging: “Free Shipping” for initial orders during Subscription Rewards sign-up in the New Member Enrollment flow.
- Additional Cancel Setup Button: Placed near the “Confirm Subscription” button on the Review Subscription page. This allows customers to cancel the setup before finalizing their subscription.
- Confirmation Prompt: When a customer attempts to cancel their subscription during the setup process, a pop-up window will appear asking them to confirm or cancel the request. This ensures that customers are making informed decisions about their subscriptions.

NEW Pack Configuration Experience
Effective April 10, 2024.
Exciting news! We have improved our pack-building feature at Isagenix to offer a more user-friendly experience than ever. By incorporating valuable customer feedback and research, we have simplified the process for a seamless journey.
Packs and systems will come with a tailored assortment of our best-selling products, pre-loaded for you. If the tailored pack is exactly what you are looking for, it will allow you to add to cart with just one click. If you are someone who likes to create your own pack from scratch, we have improved this experience by introducing features that help you navigate through building a pack easily.
There is so much more to explore with this upgrade, and we are confident it will enhance your Isagenix journey, making sharing and enjoying our products even more delightful for you.
We’ve made both DESKTOP and MOBILE versions of the tutorial available HERE. To access Spanish and French translations, simply enable closed captions and select your preferred language.
Below are some frequently asked questions for your convenience:
Q: Who will benefit from the new experience?
A: Both customers and associates will enjoy the enhanced Pack Configuration building experience as they create packs.
Q: Where will I encounter the new experience?
A: As you shop for products on Isagenix.com or through IsaLife app, when building a pack or system you will experience the new pack configuration feature.
Q: When will I encounter the Pack Configuration flow?
A: Any packs, systems, or bundles that you customize in terms of flavor or packaging will transition to this new experience, replacing the current version.
Q: Will I be able to add additional products?
A: Yes, just as you complete building your pack or system today, you may continue to add more Isagenix products by continuing to shop
Q: Will I be able to edit the pack once I’ve built it?
A: Yes, once you have completed building your pack and added it to the cart; you can access any items in your cart to edit before checking out.
Q: If I share a Recommended Cart link will my customers have the same experience?
A1: If you share a Recommend Cart (BETA) link, your customers will experience the new flow.
A2: If you share a Recommended Cart (Original – Not BETA) link, your customers will not experience the new flow.
A3: The IsaLife app does not support the Recommended Carts (BETA) flow. If you share a Recommended Carts link via the IsaLife app, customers will not have the new experience. However, they will utilize the new experience when placing subsequent orders in their Back Office.
NEW Penny App PRO Feature
Effective March 4, 2024.
Penny has introduced a new Team Care Leaderboard feature for Penny PRO users to help recognize team members with the most enrollments:
- Keep your finger on the pulse with real-time updates on top enrollment achievers.
- Quickly acknowledge them with an emoji reaction.
- Notice someone on the Penny leaderboard who’s not part of Penny? Easily send them an invite to join so you can celebrate their achievements!

- Qualifying Volume (QV) Visibility: You can now see Qualifying Volume when looking at One-time Orders, Enrollments, Recommended Carts, Subscription Rewards, and Order History. This makes it easier to determine active status and qualifying enrollments.
- Introducing a convenient payment reminder: A pop-up will prompt you to add a payment method while managing your Subscription rewards, if one is not attached.
- Mobile App Filters: We’ve made it easier to filter products on the mobile app. You can now select and remove filter options with just one click. This simplifies how you search for products.
- Adjust Quantity to Add to Cart: Quickly choose the quantity and add products to your cart.
- Label Update: The “View My Recommended Carts” label matches our other labels for a consistent look and ease of navigation.
Discover & Share Packs Faster!
Effective Oct. 11, 2023, the Shop Page for enrollments and recommended carts will default to showing the top-selling packs:
- Weight Loss: Ultimate Pack, Value Pack, Premium Pack, 9-Day Program, Healthy Maintenance, 30-Day Reset
- Collagen Elixir: Beauty Afterglow Bundle, 60ct, Beauty Bundle, 40ct, Collagen Elixir, 30ct
- Adaptogen Elixir, 30ct
- Daily Moringa Pack
All existing sorting and custom options will still be accessible for user convenience. This update aims to expedite pack discovery for both you and your customers. Starting 12 PM EST on Oct. 9 and onward, top-selling packs will be auto-selected during shopping.

- Quick Navigation: Introducing the “Back to Top” button, enabling you to swiftly return to the page’s beginning with ease.
- Streamlined Access: Quickly find essential account features like My Account, Order History, Address Information, and Payment Information in a dropdown menu linked to your avatar icon. No more navigating deep into your Back Office – it’s all conveniently at your fingertips.
- Personalized Greeting: Upon signing in, a warm “Hello, [Your Name] will welcome you next to your avatar, replacing the current banner. This will create additional room on the website, allowing users to concentrate more on their shopping experience.
- Seamless Sign-in Access: When accessing your Back Office through the desktop and mobile applications, a click on the avatar will now directly lead you to the sign-in page, eliminating unnecessary steps.
- Mobile App Search Bar: The mobile app has been updated to improve the product search bar experience. Now, the search bar is constantly visible, and users can clear their search term by simply clicking the “X” icon within the search bar.
Subscription Rewards Setup – New Experience
Effective Sept. 13, 2023, enhancements to the “Modifying My Subscription” process go into effect. Expect updated buttons and a smoother flow for managing subscriptions. These changes aim to enhance your customer’s satisfaction and remind them about the benefits and savings of staying subscribed by providing:
- Clearer verbiage for the Subscription Rewards modification button
- Emphasis on modifying a Subscription instead of canceling
- New Subscription Rewards benefits page before cancellation
- Enhanced page esthetics

Assisted Enrollment
Effective May 24, 2023, the improved, personalized way to enroll new Customers that was introduced in March became permanent. View the video below for complete details. Effective for US/PR & CA markets.
PayPal: Pay in 4
Effective May 10, 2023, select U.S. Isagenix Customers (Guests who order a one-time Retail order, Customers who order a one-time Wholesale order, Preferred Customers not on Subscription Rewards) can choose the new Pay in 4 option when using their PayPal account, which allows their purchase to be split into 4 payments.

Become an Associate
Effective April 26, 2023, the messaging for the ‘Become an Associate’ widget in the Back Office will be updated. This will inform Preferred Customers of the additional benefits of converting to be an Associate.
Subscription Rewards Migration
Effective Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, Isagenix will be migrating all confirmed North American Members with Subscription Rewards to be managed via our new commerce platform. Any newly created or edited Subscription Rewards will experience the same order flow that is used for placing a la carte orders. This migration process will begin first with Canadian subscriptions, followed by U.S./PR subscriptions.
Apple Pay
A new option of using Apple Pay when checking out as a Guest will be available.
Cross-Market Subscription Rewards
Effective Jan. 18, 2023, Members in North America will have the option to set up a Subscription Rewards account in another North American country (US/PR/CA). *Note you can only have your Subscription Rewards order(s) set up in one country at a time.
